Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations or no-shows. You have up to 24 hours to reschedule or cancel. Same-day cancellations or rescheduling will result in a 25% fee charged to the card on file. Appointments are canceled after 15 minutes with no communication, and a 25% fee will be applied.
